Cultures ARE different not just between continents or nations but additionally within the same company and in some cases within the exact same family. The differences may be ethical, ethnic, physical, historical, moral, politics, or religious. The normal requirements for intercultural competence are empathy, a knowledge of other individuals behaviors and options for thinking, and a chance to express one’s own way of thinking.
We IncOurage our students to acquire transcultural competence. In today´s world it is of supreme importance to gain cultural knowledge to find your w around and to master difficult situations in foreign countries.
